  • The candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • The candidate must be of 18-35 yrs of age. There is a relaxation of 5 yrs for the reserved category.

The exam for the post of translator occurs in 2 parts:

  1. Written exam
  2. Viva voce

The written exam is further divided into 2 papers.
