APPSC is Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and, government jobs through this exam are the ones which are situated in the same state. Every year there are multiple vacancies in this department and, many candidates fill in to get that worthy position. As the competition is tough, you have to have your preparation refined to a perfect sense.

EXAM PATTERN FOR APPSC :-

  • Three stages of the exam are : Prelims paper, Mains paper and the final stage is a personal interview.
  • The Prelims paper is an objective type paper of 2 hours and 30 minutes, with 150 questions each one one mark on the topic of Mental Ability and General Studies.
  • The shortlisted candidates after the Prelims paper, give Mains exam which is a descriptive type paper.
  • The Mains paper has a compulsory section of English ( 150 questions, 150 marks ) which has to be completed in Three hours maximum. It is a descriptive type paper.
  • A set of five papers of each three hours and, of 150 marks are to be attempted in the exam by the candidate.
  • The last stage of the interview holds a crucial weightage of 75 marks.
  • The final list is made on the basis of Mains paper and the Interview.
