Improved whistleblower protection asked by doping agency

United States, Britain, France and Japan have called for greater protection of whistleblowers, a group of national anti doping agencies. A group of 17 anti national doping agencies known as NADO aimed at improving transparency and independence in the fight against drug defaults. A two-day summit in Copenhagen, the NADO officials discussed how to nourish the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) in order to defend “the inappropriate participation of sport leaders in complex anti-doping decisions and activities”,


The verdict on Singur case, Mamta Banerjee will follow the line by line orders from Supreme Court

After the verdict on Singur , West Bengal chief minister Mamta  banerjee said all the farmers will get back their within framed time limit set by the top court . Instructions have been delivered to do a land survey tomorrow. Meeting has been organized to design strategy or implement Supreme Court’s order. Land survey will do in two weeks where as field survey will do four weeks after that land will hand over to the farmers. During survey at least one state minister would be present at the spot.

Remittances received by India is $11 Billion from US: Research says

According to the report released by American Research centre India is country which receives $11 in remittances from US in 2015, India is ranking third after the Mexico and China. According to Pew Research centre Mexico receives USD 24 Billion and China receives USD 16 Billion in remittances. An estimated USD 582 billion sent by migrants to their relative in their home countries in 2015 there is decline by 2 % as compare to 2015 when the amount was USD 592 Billion. Since 2009 this is the first drop when they fell by USD 8 Billion among the Global Financial Crisis.

Amitab Kant says,Indo-US Relationship key to Start-Up success
