Numeric Ability or Quantitative Aptitude consists of Simplification, Mixtures & Alligations, Simple Interest & Compound Interest, Ratio & Proportion, Number Systems, Probability, Work & Time, Profit & Loss, Percentage Surds & Indices, Time & Distance, Mensuration – Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Sequence & Series, Permutation and Combination, and Data Interpretation.

There are two exams held for CIL recruitment. Both the papers are objective type paper and are held online.
