Reliance Communication limited combines mobile phone services business with smaller competitor Aircel to create the nation’s third biggest   cellular carrier by subscribers. Reliance Communications and Aircel’s parent Malaysia’s Maxis will own half each of the affiliate organization—with advantage worth Rs 65,000 crore, the companies said in a joint statement on Wednesday. The transaction will reduce RCom’s debt by Rs 20,000 crore ($3 billion), while Aircel’s debt would go down by Rs 4,000 crore ($600 million) on closing in 2017, the two companies said.“This deal further reinforces MCB’s faithfulness to India. Since receive Aircel in 2006, MCB has invested in excess of Rs 35,000 crore (USD 5.2 billion) into Aircel, making this one of the largest foreign investments into India, not only in the telecom industry but across all sectors,” MCB said.

The central Board of Secondary education issues a letter to all heads of the affiliated schools, regarding reducing the weight of the heavy bags. In the circular, CBSE Director KK Choudhury (Academic, Research, Training and Innovation) said, “Heavier school bags are known to have unfavorable effects on health of growing children and if such bags are used for a long period, the impact may be irreversible. Young children whose spine is at a crucial stage of growth, are the most innocent ones to hazards such as back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, tiredness and in extreme cases, unsafe  to deformation  of spinal cord or shoulders.”

High Court stayed the reservation for Non Resident Indian Quota in MBBS and BDS Courses

The Madhya Pradesh court stayed the reservation for the Non Residential Indian Quota in MBBS and BDS courses in private and dental colleges. For medical courses Madhya Pradesh Government has provided 15% reservation Quota to Non Resident Indian However, the Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of (APDMC) MP and the Chirayu Charitable showed their dislike for this changes top in order to improve it and filed a petition against the state government’s orders. Senior counsels Vivek Tankha, Ajay Gupta and Amalpushp Shroti came forward to file a petition; verifying the fact the state cannot reserve seats for NRIs as there is no such provision in law.

Free bus rides for girl’s students in state of Haryana as announced by the Haryana transport minister Krishan Lal Panwar. The Haryana transport minister has given a strict message to the bus driver and conductors, who misbehaves with the girl’s student and did not allow them to board the vehicle. Haryana roadways buses driver or conductor also got strict message to behave with girls in good manner. Free travel facility also given to the girl’s student of Haryana in roadway buses to and fro journey to school.
