The DTE Director of Maharashtra says Number of Engineering seats are higher than the number of applicants
In the state of Maharashtra the DTE (Directorate of Technical Engineering) says that total number of seats of engineering has been fallen down to 9,807 while many seats in electrical and the other associated streams are empty. Four years before in 2011 there was a wide requirement of the engineers in all the parts of the country, so by to full fill the requirement the colleges has increased the no of seats. As of now the 17,000 seats were dropped.
37 Mobile manufacturers set up in India in just 1 Year; India wants zero import by 2020
The minister of Information Technology said today that in the last one year in India 37 Mobile companies have set up that makes approx 40,000 jobs and at least 1.25 related jobs from the companies.
Many mobile manufacturing companies from china have set up in India, the companies like Gionee and Xiaomi are making the handset in India in the state of Andhra Pradesh, and many other domestic companies are setup their plants in the different parts of the country. The government has provided Rs 10,000 crore to encourage new entrepreneurs in the field of electronics. This money is provided under the Electronics Development Fund.

The global pioneers in education to interact at career and college counseling conference in Mumbai
The inaugural International career and College Counseling will be scheduled from august 31 to September 1. This occasion will bring over 300 representatives from the high school and the universities across the world. The represtativies are from 98 cities from 12 nations comprises of the post known education destination nations. This conference is of two days and comprises of 30 sessions from the 100 educators to give knowledge and discussion about career and counseling. Odisha: IIT Alumni establish dairy farm to help people in his aboriginal village
An Alumni of IIT has established a dairy farm in their native village which will help at least ten families. Taking a break from his busy schedule of his job at KIIT University the Nihar Ranjan Beura (50) visits his aboriginal village at Dumuka under Marshaghai tehsil on weekends to look after the farm that has 32 hybrid high-yielding cows. This dairy farm provides a regular employment to the local people as well as they can purchase milk in cheaper rate as comparison to market rate. The farm is being run on no-loss-no-profit basis. The profit from the milk sold is spent to nurture the cows, he said. The project is now two-year-old. I may have earned lots of money in overseas jobs. But the success of the project has given me huge pleasure.
