The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) is the state agency which conducts the government exams in the state of Odisha.

OAVS TGT PGT Selection Process
How to apply?
1. Before filling up the form in OPSC please ensure you have valid e-Mail ID, soft copy of your recent passport size photograph, scanned copy of signature and Left Thumb Impression.
2. Please ensure the correctness of all the information entered in the application before submitting the application.
3. If you don’t have the e-mail id, you may create a mail id at www.yahoo.com, www.gmail.com, www.rediffmail.com etc. free of cost.
4. Log on to http://www.opsconline.gov.in to access the home page of the ONLINE APPLICATION.
5. Click on Online application for various examinations of OPSC exams.
6. Click on “Apply Online” carefully for the job you want to apply for.
7. Now you will get a declaration web page and read the declaration carefully.
8. If you agree to all the terms and condition mentioned in the declaration section, enter the Security code as displayed on the screen and then click on “I agree to all”. Otherwise click on “I don’t want to apply”.
9. Fill in all the required details from your qualification to whatever is being asked in the application.
Upload a Photograph and your scanned signature and submit the application.
You will get your registration number mailed to your mail id as well as on your contact number.
Eligibility Criteria for OAVS TGT PGT Exam
There are basically two eligibility criteria for applying for this exam. They are:
First and foremost the candidate must have passed 10+2 or a graduate degree from a recognized university.
Secondly, the candidate should not be less than 21 and more than 32 years of age.
The candidates of OPSC Exams are judged on the basis of three criteria:
• Written test (OPSC Prelims Exam)
• Skill test (OPSC Mains Exam)
• Personal interview
• The initial short listing of the candidates is done by the marks they score in the online exam they appear for.
• After qualifying the online test you can appear for the second round that is the mains exams.
• The final merit list is made on the basis that you clear prelims, mains and personal interview.
• After clearing the interview you get selected.
