Ganjam District Court Selection Procedure
The interested candidates can apply for the job post through the online procedure. The candidates will be selected through the performance in the written exam and viva voice. For the selection procedure the exam will be conducted in 4 phases in which phase 1 is regarding English subject where the general English proficiency of the candidate is done for the selection purpose. In phase 2 shorthand and type writing test will be held for detecting the ability of the candidates in short descriptive type writing. In the 3rd phase computer science test will be done to detect the ability of the aspirant regarding computer handling. And the last will be viva voice in which the recruiter will take interview of the candidate and depending on the performance of the candidate they will be selected for the further proceedings.
Exam Pattern and Syllabus for Ganjam Distrcit Court
The interested candidate for this can apply online by going through the official website. The interested candidates must be 10th and 12th pass and must have done diploma in computer science along with it the candidate must be able to speak read and write odiya.
For the exam purpose the questions come from 3 sections. In the 1st section it is regarding English in which the candidate has to write an essay in English, a letter in English, an English passage translated to odiya and an odiya passage translated to English and one summary of a passage. The total mark for this section is 100 marks and the duration of exam is 2 hours. In the 2nd section generally the applicant has to write a summary in 400 words within 5 minutes in English. The total mark is 50 marks for 15 minutes. In the 3rd section i.e. computer test to test the ability of the applicants in test formatting of paragraph, insertion of the table, skill to print and save, e-mail, file transfer, website browsing and downloading, use of pen drive and other software and programmes of accounting. Here the total mark is 100 for 1 hour. At the end viva voice will be done for 35 marks.
Depending on the performance of the applicants the selected candidates will be notified for further procedures and would be selected for joining the post.
