Nickelodeon and CBS Sports announced a new weekly NFL show called NFL Slimetime on September 10, 2021. The producers chose former Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Nate Burleson, Dylan Gilmer of Tyler Perry’s Young Dylan, and Dylan Schefter as hosts.
The show is in its second season and is aimed at children and teenagers. It airs on Nickelodeon on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). Young Schefter is an exceptional interviewer and highlights weekly portions.
Dylan has demonstrated an interest in interviewing athletes when she first had the opportunity in 2017. “Everyone’s just so supportive and so nice, and it just pushes me over the edge — and it makes me want to do everything,” she said of her experience working in NFL Slimetime.
