Henric played with the Ontario Hockey League’s Memorial Cup-winning Ottawa 67s when he was 19 years old.
According to Henric’s Elite Prospects page, he was a member of the Vastra Frolunda HC J20 team in the J20 SuperELite division from 1995 to 1998.
He appeared in 62 games for the Ottawa 67, scoring 22 goals and assisting on 18 others. During the 1998-1999 season, he was also named CHL Memorial Cup Champion.
In the 1999 season, Henric played for Goteborgs IK of the Division 1 league. From 2004 to 2005, he was a part of the IF Molndal Hockey team.
Alfredsson, a junior, stayed in Ottawa after ending his junior hockey career with the 67s. During his playing career, he was well-known for his technical ability.
