Jonathan Pearce, the UFC tattoo represents a wrestling mat, not cigarette butts.

Pearce’s thin rectangular form breast painting inside a circle represents a wrestling mat rather than a cigarette. Many people mistook the ink on his breast for a puff because the shape is identical and one end of the pattern is red.

The mixed martial artist’s body art, on the other hand, has nothing to do with smoking or any indicators associated with it. Some admirers even mistook it for a USB vehicle charger.

When Pearce posted on Instagram on July 5, 2022, a user named Marcus Kennedy asked him what the artwork symbolised out of curiosity for his fiancée, to which he replied that it was a wrestling mat.

Many others were perplexed since the design he received had multiple meanings. Jonathan had previously claimed that the ink he received was tied to wrestling when he originally unveiled it in 2012.
