His most recent HRMMA match was with Jeremy Meyers in 2016. He had won the fight by knockout. Browning had five consecutive losses before his retirement match, with Aaron Hall, Reza Madadi, Jordan Clements, Jacob Clark, and Brian Stevens.

Nonetheless, his most profitable victories came in 2008 against Logan Barger and Dustin Walden. His other famous contests were clashes with David Kaplan and Scott Cornell.

Browning made news in 2011 after being involved in a confrontation in Thailand that left the 26-year-old fighter with severe injuries. Some photographs of injuries were circulated on social media.

His younger brother, Rob Browning, fights for the American Fight League in Lexington. His brother last fought in 2014, losing by submission to Jordan Espinosa.

Timeline

2016

Browning returned to active professional MMA action in October 2016 to face Jeremy Myers in a welterweight bout at Hardrock MMA 84, after a nearly four-year absence. He won the fight through first-round TKO.

2011

Browning was alleged to have been involved in a fight in Thailand’s Phuket Province in December 2011. According to reports, he was physically beaten at the bar by an expatriate female, who was then threatened with Junie’s life by Thai mafia members. Browning admits to getting into a bar fight after someone “and about 10 of his pals began a fight” on his Facebook page.

Browning was sent to the hospital for treatment as a result of the struggle. He had many gashes to the head and neck, as well as a knife wound to the arm. His culprits received small abrasions on their hands and lower arms, but no significant injuries.

Browning has stated on Facebook that he is one month sober and still resides in Kentucky as of 11/12/2012.

Browning made his post-UFC debut for MMA Big Show in 2010 against Scott Cornwell. He submitted the fight with a triangle choke. Browning was defeated by Aaron Hall via TKO on February 5, 2010 at Wild Bill’s Fight Night 25 when his corner stopped the fight after the first round due to a groyne injury. Browning then lost to Swedish MMA fighter Reza Madadi via Submission (Guillotine Choke) at 0:22 in round 2 at Superior Challenge 5 on May 1, 2010.

He is presently studying jiu jitsu with Eddie Bravo at 10th Planet HQ in Hollywood. Junie was slated to fight Navid Yousefi on April 30 at Superior Challenge 7 in Sweden, but was injured and replaced by Carlos Prada. Superior Challenge informed on their website on April 21st that the bout had been cancelled.
