Steps to fill the form of Maharashtra Public Service Commission PSI

  • Apply online for MPSC PSI Exam 2017 on www.mahaonline.gov.in 
  • As part of MPSC PSI Exam 2017 Registration you need to first register online on website.
  • On registration you will receive your USER ID which will help you to fill your MPSC Online Application Form.
  • Application for this exam is to be paid through e-challan in any of the branches of the State Bank of India (SBI).
  • You need not send your completed MPSC PSI Exam online form to MPSC.

Physical Standard MPSC PSI

For Male:-

Height: – 165 cms (minimum)

Chest:- Unexpanded: – 79 cms and Expanded: – 84 cms

For Female:-

Height: – 157 cms (minimum)

 

Exam Paper Pattern for MPSC PSI 

Exam Pattern:-

  • Preliminary Exam – 100 marks
  • Main Examinations – 200 marks
  • Physical Test – 100 marks
  • Interview – 40 marks

MPSC PSI Preliminary Exam Pattern:-

  • Total Questions – 100
  • Total Marks – 100
  • Duration:- 1 hr
  • Level of Exam – Graduation

Language of Question Pazer – Marathi & English

Syllabus:-

  • Current Affairs
  • Civics
  • History of Maharashtra
  • Geography
  • Economics
  • Science
  • Logical & Numerical Reasoning Preliminary Exam

MPSC PSI Main Exam Pattern

Candidate who clears the preliminary exam will be selected to appear for main exam.

Total Questions – 200

Paper I: – Duration – 1 hour

Marathi – 60 marks – 60 Qs (12 level questions)

&

English – 40 marks – 40 Qs (graduate level questions)

Paper II: – Duration – 1 hour

General Knowledge, Mental Ability & Subject Knowledge – 100 marks – 100 Qs (graduate level questions)

Language of Question Paper – Marathi & English

Physical Test:-

Those who qualify the main exam with merit test score will be allowed to appear for the physical test.

For Men- 

Iron Ball Throwing – 7.260 kg – 15 marks

Pull ups (8) – 20 marks

Long Jump – 15 marks

Race 800 meters – 50 marks

For Women – 

Iron Ball Throwing – 4 kg – 20 marks

Race 000 meters – 40 marks

Brisk Walking – 3 km – 40 marks
