After two years of playing, he found it difficult to maintain his skills and develop talent in the local community. It was then that he understood he needed to make major adjustments, which prompted him to relocate to the United States.

Baye Fall travelled to the United States with his cousin Mamadou Sow and resided in Denver with his uncle. He then transferred to Lincoln Academy Charter School to finish his eighth grade.

Following that, he enrolled with his cousin at Lutheran High School, where he began playing basketball as a freshman. The next season, he was named Class 3A state player of the year.

In Colorado, he spent his junior year at Denver Prep Academy and his senior year at Accelerated Prep Academy. Baye Fall got 30 offers, but he chose the Arkansas Razorbacks on November 15, 2022.
