Calbraith has also appeared in DCI Banks, Silent Witness, Casualty, Holby City, The Bill, 55 Degrees North, and Heartbeat as Dr Tricia Summerbee. She briefly appeared on Coronation Street in 2005 as Robyn, Martin Platt’s girlfriend.

Her passion was always for TV shows, so she only appeared in a few movies, such as the psychological thriller Mindscape. She made a recurring guest appearance in Doctor Who audio drama before landing a role in Vera in 2013, where she played DC Rebecca “Shep” Shephard. Silent Witness (2014), Home Fires (2015), DCI Banks (2016), and Broken (2014) are among the films in which she has appeared (2017).

In 2018, the leggy actress played Mrs. Zweig in the TNT series The Alienist. Clare made a cameo appearance in an episode of The Boy on the Bridge, but her presence launched the plot. In addition, the plot received a ‘Emmy Award for Outstanding Special Visual Effects in a Supporting Role.’

In the 2018 Netflix series The Innocent, the Winsford native played Deborah Hale. Clare appeared as a guest star in the episode Deborah, which aired on August 24, 2018.
