Dragan Stojkovic: Career
Stojkovi started his professional career with Radniki Ni, his hometown team in the Yugoslav First League. He was a midfielder and sometimes played up front. His first game with the full team was as a substitute on April 4, 1982, at FK Vardar. He was 17 years old at the time, and head coach Dusan Nenkovic was in charge.
It was the only time the young player played with the full team all season, and it happened just a few days before Radniki’s famous UEFA Cup semifinal match against Hamburger SV, which was the Ni club’s biggest win.
