2014

Manningham later signed with the San Francisco 49ers, where he spent two seasons. On March 18, 2014, he re-signed with the Giants. He went to Michigan for college football.

Manningham signed a one-year contract extension with the New York Giants on March 18, 2014. He was placed on injured reserve and then released by the Giants after straining his calf in the previous preseason game.

2013

On September 9, he made his 49ers debut against the Green Bay Packers in the season opener. In the 30-22 win, he had four receptions for 29 yards. He scored his first touchdown as a 49er on October 7, against the Buffalo Bills, on a 10-yard reception from quarterback Alex Smith.

Manningham was placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform list by the 49ers on August 27, 2013. Manningham returned to the 49ers on November 4, 2013, after recovering from an injury suffered against the Seahawks.

Also, Manningham was placed on the injured reserve list on December 27, 2013, after seeing limited action. He had nine receptions for 85 yards during the 2013 season.

2012

2011

Manningham had 39 receptions for 523 yards and four touchdowns in the regular season in 2011. He scored a touchdown in three consecutive games from Weeks 8 to 10.

2010

Manningham played in all 16 games for the Giants during their 10-6 season in 2010. In a 38-31 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 15, he had eight receptions for 113 yards and two touchdowns. The following week, in a 45-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers, he had four receptions for 132 yards and a touchdown.

In the Giants’ final regular-season game of 2010, he had four receptions for 101 yards and a touchdown in a 17-14 victory over the Washington Redskins. He had 60 receptions for 944 yards and nine touchdowns on the season.
