Mikhail “Mischa” Alexandrovich Zverev (born 22 August 1987) is a Russian-born German professional tennis player. On July 24, 2017, he reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 25.

Zverev nearly upset 11th seed Tommy Robredo in the first round of the 2008 Australian Open. He won the first two sets but lost in five. Zverev won his first ATP title in June 2008, when he and his partner Mikhail Youzhny won the doubles at the Gerry Weber Open in Halle, Germany.

He spent the entire year of 2007 inside the top 200 and made a second quarterfinal appearance in Rhode Island in July. He then won a Challenger title in August at a tournament in Istanbul, followed by another quarterfinal appearance at the Bronx Challenger, which saw him break into the top 100 for the first time in his career.

In May, he reached the quarterfinals of the Italian Open before losing in straight sets to world No. 2 Roger Federer. Later, he and teammates Nicolas Kiefer, Rainer Schüttler, and Philipp Kohlschreiber helped Germany reach the final of the ARAG World Team Cup.

Zverev defeated 25th seed Dmitry Tursunov in straight sets at the 2009 Wimbledon Championships. In the second round, he faced Philipp Petzschner and lost in five sets. Davis Cup captain Patrik Kühnen nominated him for the quarterfinal against Spain in Marbella.

He was defeated in four sets by Feliciano López and Fernando Verdasco in his doubles match with Nicolas Kiefer.
