Eligibility Criteria –
- Age Limit – Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 40 Years
Relaxation:
General Women – 5 Years
SC/ST – 5 Years
SC/ST Women – 10 Years
Ex-Servicemen – 5 Years
- Educational Qualification –
- Candidate must be a senior secondary graduate from a recognized University.
- Candidate should have “O” or a Higher-Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC/NIELIT.
OR
Candidate should have a Degree/Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from a recognized University.
OR
Canddiate should have a senior secondary certificate from a recognized board of secondary education (of India) with computer science/computer application as one of the subjects.
OR
Candidate should have a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a polytechnic institution recognized by the Government.
OR
Candidate should have a COPA – Computer Operator & Programming Assistant / DPCS – Data Preparation and Computer Software certificate organized under National State Councilor Vocational Training Scheme.
OR
Candidate should have a Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) – a course conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota.
- Candidate must also have a knowledge of the Devnagiri Script.
- Candidate must be fit – mentally and physically – in order to fulfil their everyday duties efficiently.

- a citizen of India
OR
- A Person of Indian Origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, with the intention of permanently settling in India.
OR
- A Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
OR
- A Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India.
