Jordan Hasay’s boyfriend, Ryan Hogan, works for P3R as an elite athlete coordinator, recruiting and managing athletes.
Hogan is currently working with P3R, an Elite Athlete Program senior manager. He has been with P3R for more than eight years. He has managed events such as the UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon, the DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, the US Half Marathon Championships, the EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler, and even the US Olympic Team Trials Marathon.
Prior to entering the world of event management, he was a member of the marketing team at Oasis for Orphans.
P3R is a spectator sports event management company that organises some of Pittsburgh’s most important races. They have been successful in attracting America’s most visible professional athletes, but they also provide activities for athletes of all abilities and ages.

American middle-distance runner who was named the 2008 Girls High School Athlete of the Year unanimously. Hasay signed with Nike, Inc. after graduating from the University of Oregon in 2013 and joined the Nike Oregon Project, which is coached by Alberto Salazar.
At the US National Championships, she finished second in the 10,000 metres. She then ran a 31:46.2 10,000-meter time, which was faster than the World Championships “B” Standard of 32:05 but slightly slower than the “A” Standard of 31:45. She made her first senior World Championships team.
After receiving the standard, Hasay set a new personal best in the 3000 metres at the London Diamond League meet, finishing sixth. This was her first international professional appearance.

Her high school was Mission College Preparatory Catholic High School.
Hasay finished seventh overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational in 17:04, trailing only her teammate and best friend, Alexi Pappas. She had a strong showing at the Pre-Nationals, finishing fifth overall and contributing to the ducks finishing second overall. She finished second at the Pac-12 Championships in 20:10, helping the team win the conference title.
With a time of 19:16, she won the NCAA West Regional for the third year in a row, propelling the Ducks to victory. She was named the West Region Athlete of the Year by the USTFCCCA. She was Oregon’s top finisher in the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing third.
She led the Ducks to their first national Cross Country championship since 1987. She was named an All-American for the fourth time, making her the first woman in NCAA history to do so. She won the Pac-12 Scholar Athlete of the Year award.
