Seiko Yamamoto is a Japanese wrestler who has won four world titles and two Asian Wrestling Championships during the course of her career. Her birth name is Yamamoto Seiko, and she was born on August 22, 1980.

Her father, Ikuei Yamamoto, is a former Olympic wrestler as well, and he was also a competitor in those games.

Her older brother, Norifumi Yamamoto, is a practitioner of mixed martial arts. Miyuu Yamamoto, who is her sister, is a successful female wrestler and mixed martial artist.

During her career, she has won three world titles and one Asian Wrestling Championship.
